FSSE Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering with a focus on problem-solving, resource management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of general services staff ensuring the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and systems, coordinating any repairs or improvements.
• Plan, implement, and manage regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, vendors, and external contractors to ensure that services and projects are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the budget for general services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
• Provide support in the setup, installation, and maintenance of machinery or infrastructure.
• Prepare reports, track service performance metrics, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, general services, or a supervisory role in an engineering capacity.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of facility and asset management practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Licensing: It is not necessary to be a licensed engineer, but it is a plus.
