MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in an industrial plant.
• Can lead a team and manage the Maintenance Department.
• Manages the maintenance team's operations to meet the department's objectives.
• Oversees execution of maintenance activities to ascertain quality, efficiency and timeliness. Ensures the required data management system structure and data encoding for manual database are consistently done and updated.
• Ensures that essential spare parts inventory for maintenance needs is consistently kept up to date.
• Facilitates training and development of immediate reports and their people.
• Ensures compliance to various company policies and implement safety programs in the department.
• Troubleshoots defective machinery or mechanical equipment.
• Identifies causes and extent of malfunctions and implements corrective repair.
• Organized and flexible to changes.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Starting salary range 20,000.
