Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of telecom equipment installation projects within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, telecom equipment, and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of telecom equipment installation projects, from initial planning to project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecom or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecom equipment and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
