Project Manager (Studio Technical) - Manila
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Your excellent communication skills will be essential in facilitating effective project communication and managing expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to guide project execution.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and company requirements.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively while minimizing impact on project objectives.
Documentation:Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, regulatory documentation & requirements, meeting minutes and other documentary requirements related to project.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
Conflict Resolution:Address conflicts and issues within the team, contractors, vendors promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
