• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of both products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with forecasts.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Oversee the execution of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed, conduct post-project evaluations, and facilitate the transition to operational teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on, customer-facing project management experience within a highly technical, fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
