Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients supported by JIAC Shared Services. This role partners closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across various functions and industries.
The Recruitment Specialist ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains recruitment efficiency, and contributes to achieving hiring targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding endorsement.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and role fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary recruitment point of contact for assigned clients.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with client hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with client expectations and service agreements.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Facilitate offer discussions and pre-employment requirements.
- Ensure recruitment data and candidate records are accurately maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable labor regulations.
- Recommend process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and hiring quality.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment projects and process enhancement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in:
- Shared Services
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Staffing Agency
- Corporate Talent Acquisition
- Experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience supporting various job levels including entry-level, professional, supervisory, and managerial positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
