HR Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Review and screen resumes based on job qualifications and company requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
- Verify candidate qualifications, employment history, and supporting documents.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare job offers and communicate employment terms to successful candidates.
- Monitor candidate progress from application to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Recommend process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (entry-level may be considered for junior roles).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other sourcing channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
