Qualifications

- With at least 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, job offer processing, and onboarding.
- Knowledgeable in various recruitment channels and platforms such as job portals, social media, and employee referral programs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition processes, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment/tracking systems.

- Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Willing to conduct field recruitment activities, job fairs, and site visits when required.
