Business Analyst (Urgent)

Job Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and business users, documenting processes, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions to ensure successful project implementation and process improvement initiatives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders and business users.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and end users to clarify project requirements and expectations.
• Prepare and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking.
• Assist in identifying process improvements and recommending effective business solutions.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions related to business requirements and system changes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and project deliverables.
• Provide support during system implementation, training, and post-deployment activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and UAT support.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Experience in Agile or project management environments is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud-based business solutions.
• Exposure to AWS environments, integrations, or cloud migration projects.
• Basic understanding of data analytics, reporting tools, or system integrations.
• Jira expertise is required
