Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong UI/UX experience to support digital platform and business process enhancements.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and technical teams to ensure business requirements and user experience objectives are aligned effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities along with a solid understanding of user-centered design and digital experience principles.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams
- Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
- Support digital transformation and application enhancement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure solutions balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience
- Participate in Agile/Scrum project delivery activities
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in digital, web, application, or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability practices
- Experience creating:
- User Stories
- Process Maps
- Wireframes
- User Flows
- Functional Specifications
- Acceptance Criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams
- Exposure to digital product or platform enhancement projects
