Job Description

We are hiring Travel Booking Agents to help customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries. You will assist with bookings, provide travel information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with travel bookings and reservations
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries
Provide information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
Record customer interactions and booking details accurately
Escalate complex concerns when needed
Meet customer service and quality standards

Schedule & Training:

Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training provided

Qualifications:

Must have at least 6months of BPO experience
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
