Job Description
We are looking for Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, and financial transactions while delivering accurate and professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with payments, account updates, and billing concerns
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on financial systems and processes
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-6months of BPO experience
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
