Sales Administrator | AU Client - Day Shift

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and customer engagement processes. The successful candidate will assist with quoting, maintain accurate records in ConnectWise and related systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure sales opportunities progress smoothly from enquiry through to order and onboarding.
This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with sales and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support- Assist with preparing and issuing customer quotes and proposals
- Create and maintain Opportunities in ConnectWise
- Ensure quotes are accurate and aligned with vendor pricing
- Track quote status and follow up where required
- Support the sales team with documentation, pricing requests, and product information
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Liaise with vendors and distributors for pricing and availability
- Request vendor quotes and special pricing
- Assist with ordering hardware, software, and licences
- Track orders and provide updates to internal teams and customers
- Ensure vendor documentation and order confirmations are properly recorded
- Maintain accurate data in ConnectWise and other business systems
- Ensure opportunities, products, and pricing information are up to date
- Assist with maintaining product catalogues and pricing updates
- Attach relevant documentation to opportunities and tickets
- Assist with preparing documentation for customer onboarding
- Coordinate with Service Desk or Projects teams when sales convert to delivery
- Ensure agreements, licensing, and service items are correctly captured
- Assist with agreement or subscription setup where required
- Assist with generating sales reports
- Track pipeline updates and support reporting activities
- Maintain templates and documentation used by the sales team
- Assist with preparing materials for customer meetings or QBRs
Qualifications
Required- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable learning and using business systems
- Experience in an IT services or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA (Manage), ConnectWise CPQ (Sell), or similar systems
- Experience with quoting, sales administration, or procurement processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
- AU dayshift schedule (Philippines-friendly working hours)
