Job Description

1. Occupational Health & Safety Support

• Apply knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with DOLE standards
• Support the implementation of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program

1. Risk Assessment & Safety Documentation

• Assist in preparing and analyzing risk assessments, hazard analyses, and other safety-related documents
• Help identify workplace hazards and potential environmental impacts

1. Incident Investigation & Reporting

• Assist in conducting incident and accident investigations at jobsites and company premises
• Collect information and prepare incident reports for review

1. Safety Training & Awareness

• Conduct toolbox meetings for skilled workers at jobsites, main office, and yards
• Cooperate in the conduct of emergency drills and safety-related training activities

1. Compliance & Equipment Inspection

• Support processing of regulatory compliance requirements for clients, DOLE, and other government agencies
• Assist in initial inspection of tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety compliance

1. Coordination with Workers & Site Teams

• Coordinate safety requirements with skilled workers and site personnel
• Provide guidance to workers on basic safety rules and procedures

1. External Coordination & Audit Support

• Attend safety-related meetings with government offices, clients, and other stakeholders when required
• Support ISO internal and external audits as a safety team representative

1. Government Documentation Support

• Assist in arranging and processing required government safety documents prior to jobsite operations

1. Documentation and Confidentiality

• Ensures accurate and timely filing of all QEHS documents in designated and approved systems.
• Maintains secure storage of records and documents to protect sensitive and confidential information.
• Upholds strict confidentiality standards when handling QEHS data and company records.
