Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering course or any related field.
- Must be a DOLE-qualified Safety Officer III (SO3).
- Mandatory Forty (40)-hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training Course.
- Additional Forty-eight (48) hours of advanced/specialized Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training relevant to the construction industry (e.g., industrial hygiene, safety audit, accident investigation, OSH programming, chemical safety, etc.).
- With relevant and proven experience in safety management within a construction site.
- Knowledgeable in DOLE safety requirements, standards, and compliance, including DOLE reporting.
- Must possess a valid First Aid Certificate.
- Physically and mentally fit to undertake the duties and responsibilities of a Safety Officer.
- Strong ability to train, orient, and educate workers on Occupational Safety and Health practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting.
