Admin Safety Officer I – Quezon City

Job Description:

• Perform OSH training for newly hired employees
• Coordinates with the co-safety officer for government mandate requirements.
• Maintain/initiate improvement for OSH practices.
• Supervises the facility’s monthly equipment and system testing (FDAS, emergency lights, etc.)
• Coordinates with the Facilities team on all facility risk-related issues during the safety walk-through inspection.
• Conducts vendor safety briefings.
• Assists internal audit and upkeep filling of work permit. (Create and maintain a file for work permit monitoring)
• Collaborates and provides support to the EHS Compliance Team for all compliance documents.

Qualifications:

• Must be an engineering graduate.
• With 1-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Completed BOSH Training.
• Amenable to working in Bridgetowne, QC, and on a shifting schedule
