Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
Qualifications/Requirements
Open to applicants of any gender.Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience in the field is not mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and associated regulations.
Familiarity with standard office equipment is necessary.
Candidates should be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Friday.
Must be prepared to work in Quezon City.
