We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts, focusing on international markets like the US and Australia. This hybrid role gives you flexibility, autonomy, and a platform to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the face of Winsolutions Corp when introducing our services to new and existing clients
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic networking
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to assess needs and present tailored BPO solutions
  • Craft winning proposals and close deals that deliver real business value
  • Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience managing international (US/AUS) client accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B or BPO sales, with a successful track record in client acquisition
  • Experience in email outreach, cold calling, and digital lead generation
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing services and business processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and client presentation skills
  • Strong research ability and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools)
  • Professional attitude, adaptable, and results-oriented
