District Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a field sales team, driving the adoption of our Health-Technology platform among local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Your focus is on tactical execution—coaching representatives in the field, managing local key accounts, and ensuring district revenue targets are met through ethical and compliant sales practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Leadership: Spend significant time (up to 70%) in the field conducting checks and coaching representatives on selling skills, call quality, and objection handling.
  • District Strategy: Translate national and regional goals into actionable daily work plans, setting territory quotas and productivity standards for your team.
  • Account Management: Directly manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local hospital administrators to secure wins and long-term contracts.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure all team activities strictly adhere to HIPAA, corporate compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to monitor call rates, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy for the district.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in medical or health-technology sales with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead-role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CRM tools and data analytics to interpret sales trends.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • People Development: Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a high performing field sales team over a minimum of 2 years.
