Sales Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales leadership experience, proven team management capabilities, and a solid background in the real estate or service industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring achievement of company revenue targets. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and monitor the overall performance of the sales team
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales personnel
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client acquisition activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with management on business development and market expansion initiatives
- Address team concerns, performance gaps, and operational challenges promptly
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of solid sales experience
- Background in real estate, property sales, or service industry is preffered
- Expert level knowledge of business registration processes including opening a business (OPC, Corporation, etc.) in the Philippines
- Proven experience in handling, leading, and training sales teams
- Minimum experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and capable of working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- Capable of motivating and developing team members
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
