Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support daily human resources and administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining a well-organized office and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare documentation such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Discreet with sensitive and confidential information.
