Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support daily human resources and administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining a well-organized office and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare documentation such as contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with policy implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Discreet with sensitive and confidential information.
