Project Manager/ Medical Admin

This role also includes light HR support, data analysis, and office coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to physicians and senior leadership
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports
• Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Act as a primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Prepare, format, and edit executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets (financial, operational, and performance metrics)
• Track key performance indicators, with a focus on call center operations and patient engagement
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Oversee and coordinate special projects, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
• Manage office operations, including vendor coordination and purchasing
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, compliance tracking, and maintaining personnel records

• Experience using EMR tools; eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Previous experience in a healthcare or executive support role is preferred
