- Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and memos.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to HR matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary employment documents and contracts are completed.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Support HR in organizing training programs and company events.
- Assist in resolving minor workplace issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll by collecting employee attendance and leave records.
- Help manage employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave entitlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks when required.
