HR Assisstant

Administrative Support:

• Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and memos.
• Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to HR matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Ensure all necessary employment documents and contracts are completed.

Employee Relations & Support:

• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Support HR in organizing training programs and company events.
• Assist in resolving minor workplace issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Assist in processing payroll by collecting employee attendance and leave records.
• Help manage employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Compliance & Record-Keeping:

• Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks when required.
