Job Description

This is an on-site, night-shift position catering to our international operations.

• End-to-End Processing: Manage the full payroll cycle, including attendance tracking, deductions, overtime, and adjustments.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes align with US federal and state labor laws and tax regulations.
• Reporting: Support month-end and year-end reporting; ensure accurate tax filings.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll against financial records to ensure data integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure all actions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in US payroll, HR, or administrative support is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with payroll systems/software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of US tax regulations and labor standards.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Availability: Must be willing to work the Night Shift on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
