Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up collections and outstanding accounts.
  • Assist in collection activities and client coordination.
  • Issue collection receipts.
  • Verify and approve the Sales Invoice, delivery, and pick-up of material and other supporting documents for compliance.
  • Monitor Petty Cash Fund replenishment.
  • Maintain customer files and records.
  • Conduct background verification and credit assessment.
