  1. Receive, print, organize, and distribute claim documents; facilitate approvals in accordance with CASA procedures.
  2. Coordinate evaluated and approved claims for area disbursement; prepare CDRS and forward documents to Accounting for payment.
  3. Prepare and send claim status communications (pending, denied, ex gratia); process autopay approvals and update CIIMS and monitoring sheets.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments on claim-related concerns, assist in reconciliation of pending claims, and perform other assigned tasks.

Note: This is a reliever position for 3–4 months, as the current employee will be on maternity leave.
