Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage the UAT testing team across multiple banking initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop UAT test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and track test progress, issues, and risks; provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project managers.
• Ensure timely defect logging, triage, and resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Facilitate UAT sign-off from business stakeholders and ensure all acceptance criteria are met before go-live.
• Continuously improve UAT processes, tools, and documentation for enhanced efficiency and quality.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to UAT testers and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Work closely with compliance teams where applicable to ensure AML-related functionalities are tested if required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in UAT or software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of banking products, systems, and business workflows — Banking experience is a must.
• Excellent team management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, etc.).
• Familiarity with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Good to have: Knowledge of AML systems, processes, or testing within a regulatory compliance environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
