Core Network Specialist with Lead role experience (Pasig)

Knowledge Requirements:

• Provides Comprehensive Network trouble ticket information as part of post- investigation documentation.
• Ability to collect meaningful data on network analytics (ex. utilization, latency).
• Update network diagrams and documentations as reference for troubleshooting.
• Conduct network configuration and IOS backup.
• Prepare Core Network monthly reports.
• Handles escalated tickets for further checking that needs Direct Application and Network Test.
• Configure network changes or implement Service Orders on Access Level to Distribution Level.
• Configure Network Restoration or Network Rectification on Access level.
• Can collaborate and resolve Core Network-related issues with internal and external clients.
• Gather network issue information and help in identifying network issues.
• Can gather information needed by internal and external clients for troubleshooting or for network enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any Information Technology-related course
• With at least 5 years of relevant work experience and supervisory / lead role.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Specialist (CCS) (Enterprise Core/Enterprise Advance Infrastructure Implementation/Data Center Core/Data Center Operation), HCIA (Data Center or Routing and Switching) or JNCIA-Junos certifications is an advantage.
• Advanced Knowledge in converged Network Infrastructure, carrier grade network technologies, configuration of Network Monitoring tools.
• Knowledge in external and internal routing protocols, Switching Technologies and Network Device Security. Troubleshoot, Maintain, Plan and Perform Maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
