Must-Have qualification

○ Superior organization and documentation skills
Nice to have a qualification- Microsoft office
- Experience in shipping and receiving a plus
- Experience with UPS/FEDEX shipping software
- Experience using label-making software and packaging machinery
- Familiarity with ERP software such as Microsoft NAV
- Provide Proforma Invoice to the customer for order confirmation
- Check inventory and provide goods ready date to the customer
- Validate selling price with sales and update the system when needed
- Follow up on customer payment and provide A/R and shipment instruction
- Provide Estimated packing list to the customer when needed
- Confirm ship mode & shipping mark with the customer for each shipment and update the system
- Issue Packing List Form (PIF) in the system and release EDI to w/h
- Provide ship mode, shipping instructions, packing list to the shipping team for shipment arrangement
- Provide ETA/ETD & shipping doc to customer
- Upload the order documents for audit
