MEMBERSHIP SERVICES COORDINATOR (MSC AVEGA)
We are seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to manage member relations of our HMO company. This role involves facilitating and monitoring availment endorsements, answering member questions, tracking availment statistics, and providing general support to the servicing teams.The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator who is able to maintain composure during challenging situations and who can ensure member satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification StandardBasic
- Candidate must possess at least 4-year college degree in allied medical course
- Undergraduate of allied medical course or graduate of any non-medical course may be accepted
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal sensitivity and social skills
- Superb analytical skills
- Stress tolerance
- Attention to details
- Computer Proficiency
- Neat and professionally presentable
- With a pleasing and amiable personality
- Experience as a customer service representative or any related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical terms, procedures, and abbreviations is an advantage
