Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital & Brand Designer to lead the creation of high-quality, multi-channel marketing assets across B2B, B2C, and provider audiences.

This role is responsible for transforming creative briefs into scalable designs, templates, and visual systems while ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for multi-channel marketing assets (digital, social, email, SMS, direct mail, events, and thought leadership)
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and production-ready deliverables

• Develop and maintain design systems, including layouts, templates, components, and visual guidelines
• Ensure all designs follow brand standards, co-branding rules, and consistency guidelines
• Apply accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG standards, readable typography, proper structure, alt text)

• Partner with content, marketing, and campaign teams to create scalable and reusable design assets
• Work with analytics teams to ensure content is optimized for performance tracking and insights
• Support personalization and audience-specific adaptations through modular design

• Review and finalize design assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Manage version control, approvals, and documentation for regulated environments
• Maintain organized files and audit-ready records

• Design event-related assets such as presentations, booth graphics, brochures, and demo materials
• Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event content needs

• Manage and improve shared templates, design libraries, and digital asset systems (DAM/CMS)
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Help improve design processes and workflows

• 7–10+ years of experience in digital, brand, or marketing design (enterprise or regulated environments preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong presentation design skills
• Experience with design systems, templates, and scalable design frameworks
• Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations
• A portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work (digital, social, email, events, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Motion or interactive design experience is a plus
