The Travel Designer is the operational cornerstone of Lartisien’s bespoke luxury travel services, ensuring the seamless execution of personalized journeys for elite Voyager members. Working closely within Lartisien’s unique Duo system — a strategic partnership between the Client Advisor and the Travel Designer — this role helps deliver tailored, high-touch luxury travel experiences where every detail is carefully curated and flawlessly executed.
The Travel Designer manages end-to-end travel logistics, special requests, and customized arrangements while proactively anticipating challenges and engaging directly with clients and partners. This role embodies Lartisien’s commitment to exceptional service, precision, and unforgettable luxury experiences.

The main responsibilities of a TRAVEL DESIGNER include:
Comprehensive Travel Logistics:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including hotels, transfers, car hire, restaurants, and unique experiences, ensuring seamless operational delivery based on itineraries crafted by the Destination Manager.
- Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries from scratch for high-end clientele, ensuring personalized and exceptional travel experiences.
Synergistic Collaboration:
- Work closely with Client Advisors to understand client profiles deeply, validating itineraries to ensure accuracy, excellence, and alignment with client preferences.
Proactive Problem Solving:
- Swiftly address and resolve last-minute changes, cancellations, and unforeseen operational challenges, maintaining a preventive approach through close coordination with DMCs and external agencies.
Personalized Client Interaction:
- Occasionally interact directly with clients to confirm arrangements, communicate updates, and effectively manage emergencies, always aligning closely with Client Advisors.
Partner Coordination:
- Serve as the main operational liaison for partner communication, ensuring clarity and maintaining high standards of operational excellence and partner engagement.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Strong passion for luxury travel and hospitality, with genuine curiosity about destinations.
- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing travel roles such as travel consultant, travel advisor, or corporate/luxury travel agent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing relationships with high-end clients and partners.
- Client-oriented mindset, highly proactive, meticulous, disciplined, and responsive.
- Demonstrated ability to handle operational complexities and swiftly resolve high-pressure situations.
- Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across various time zones, including occasional weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless global client support.
