• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, Design, Film, Animation, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on motion design experience, with strong multimedia production and graphic design background
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, kinetic typography, visual storytelling, and brand-led motion work
• Advanced Adobe After Effects skills, with strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and working knowledge of Photoshop
• Proven experience creating motion graphics, animated content, video assets, and branded multimedia materials for digital platforms
• High attention to detail across timing, transitions, composition, typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, feedback interpretation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a permanent WFH setup, with proactive troubleshooting skills for motion files, creative tools, and production workflows
• Experience in web and email design environments is preferred

• Create polished motion and static creative assets, including videos, explainer content, product demos, event materials, testimonials, thought leadership visuals, animations, GIFs, digital banners, infographics, presentations, and one-page collateral
• Apply animation principles, pacing, transitions, audio, and visual effects to deliver engaging content tailored for web, email, video, and print distribution
• Produce creative outputs that follow corporate, partner, and client brand guidelines with accuracy, consistency, and strong quality control
• Build and update reusable design templates, visual frameworks, internal style guides, and well-organized digital assets within the DAM platform
• Collaborate with marketing, content, campaign teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients to convert business objectives into cohesive creative deliverables
• Support creative brainstorming, concept development, storyboarding, and campaign planning based on audience engagement goals and campaign direction
• Manage the end-to-end creative process, from intake, scoping, scheduling, and production planning to revisions, final checks, and delivery
• Oversee multiple active projects while maintaining quality, speed, accountability, and project visibility through Asana or similar workflow tools
• Incorporate current motion design trends, performance insights, user feedback, and stakeholder recommendations to improve creative results
• Stay current with creative software, production workflows, tool integrations, and best practices to enhance efficiency, innovation, and output quality
• Guide and support team members, recommend workflow enhancements, and contribute to wider team initiatives that support business priorities
