About the role

As the Marketing Manager at JPSC Group Holdings INC.', you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. This full-time, office-based position in Makati City Metro Manila will allow you to leverage your expertise in the field of marketing and communications to drive business growth and enhance the company's brand presence.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
2. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various marketing channels, including social media, website, and advertising campaigns
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
4. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
6. Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative approaches to reach and engage the target audience

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the management domain
2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
