Assistant Marketing Manager (Local Store Marketing)

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in Sales Strategy Development and Execution
  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
and increase market share for the stores
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to help identify new sales opportunities
  • Track sales targets and ensure alignment with the overall brand objectives
  • Ensures targets on product contribution is achieved
  • Preparation and monitoring of all marketing materials, mall ads and OOH assets for all stores
  • Oversee and check all in-store Promotional and Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to help execute promotional activities and trade activations - mall advertising and OOH advertising
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and trade activations, ensuring proper implementation
  • Works with Visual Merchandising team on launches and promotions, to ensure brand consistency
and effective execution of marketing strategies in-store
  • Assist in managing brand budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with brand goals
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with mall partners and other brand partners
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Help conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and the
competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, retail operations, etc.
  • Work closely with store operations
  • Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement efforts c/o marketing
  • Maintain consistency in brand standards and ensure proper execution across all platforms and retail locations
  • Relationship management: Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences. Actively engage and communicate with clients to build trust and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail marketing, brand Management, Sales, or Marketing,
preferably within the retail or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong capability to lead and manage a projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
