About the role
Join DITO Telecommunity Corporation as a Project Engineer. In this full-time role based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing engineering projects that are crucial to the company's objectives.As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in the ongoing development and expansion of DITO's telecommunications infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Oversee the implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required specifications
- Analyse project data, identify potential issues and propose solutions to optimise project outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices
- Degree in Engineering, with a focus on Project Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar project engineering role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in using project management software and engineering design tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
