About the role
Excel Coil Coating Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our project engineering team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our roofing installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on both short-term and long-term projects.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the construction and installation of roofing solutions on-site (across the Philippines)
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation to monitor activities and aid in the preparation of other reports of the Engineering Team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates preferred and willing to be trained
- Must be willing to render stay-in assignment to roofing projects anywhere in the Philippines
- Able to work independently at site while receiving instructions by the Engineering Team at HQ
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems
