JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, design, and maintain company websites, ensuring a clean and modern user interface.
- Create web pages that are easy to navigate and manage for both users and admins.
- Enhance and improve existing web pages based on user engagement, functionality, and visual appeal.
- Implement basic SEO and marketing strategies to help drive traffic and improve user conversion.
- Provide suggestions for web content layout, structure, and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing or sales teams to align website features with promotional campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular website maintenance and updates.
- Provide basic IT support in the office, including diagnosing and fixing issues with desktop computers, monitors, and other hardware devices.
- Assist in setting up or maintaining computer workstations and ensuring smooth technical operations within the office environment.
- Proven experience in web development and design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS like WordPress or similar).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.
- Basic knowledge in digital marketing strategies (SEO, page conversion strategies).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Portfolio of previous web projects or sample works preferred.
