- Troubleshoot issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Document cases clearly and keep records up to date
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day system and process operations
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or any related field (or strong interest in tech)
- Strong problem-solving skills — you enjoy figuring things out
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with systems, tools, and documentation
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
