What you'll be doing
- Providing first-aid and basic medical care to employees as needed
- Administering vaccinations, conducting health screenings, and managing medical records
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to workplace health and safety
- Conducting regular inspections of the workplace to identify and address potential health and safety hazards
- Coordinating with external healthcare providers and emergency services when necessary

- A registered nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a company or occupational nurse

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and address potential health and safety issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
