A Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and wellness of employees in a workplace setting. They provide first aid treatment, health assessments, and support occupational health and safety programs.
Provide first aid and emergency care to employeesConduct health assessments and basic medical check-ups
Administer prescribed medications and treatments (if applicable)
Maintain employee health records and medical documentation
Coordinate with hospitals or doctors for referrals and emergencies
Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs
Conduct health education, seminars, and wellness programs
Monitor workplace health risks and report incidents
Ensure compliance with company health policies and regulations
Manage clinic supplies and medical equipment inventory
Qualifications/Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC licenseExperience in occupational health or clinic setting is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certification such as BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) from a DOLE-accredited training provider
Willing to relocated as necessary
