Medical Care & Treatment: Provide immediate first aid and triage for workplace injuries (e.g., cuts, burns, chemical exposure) and administer over-the-counter medications.Emergency Response: Lead medical emergency protocols, arrange safe transportation to partnered hospitals, and accompany injured staff when required.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and standards set by the Department of Labor and Employment.Health & Fitness Assessments: Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health check-ups, and process Fit-to-Work clearances.Wellness & Education: Spearhead employee wellness programs, organize vaccination and health seminars, and advise on ergonomics and disease prevention.Record Keeping: Maintain confidential medical records, incident reports, and generate health trend reports for management.Clinic Management: Oversee the inventory of medicines, PPE medical needs, and first-aid kits, ensuring the clinic is fully stocked and sanitary.Benefits Assistance: Assist employees with processing HMO claims, sick leaves, and health-related government benefits
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certifications are required. Certifications in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP) are strongly preferred.Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.Knowledge: Familiarity with Local DOLE and OSH regulatory requirements
