About the role
Become an integral part of PTC Commercial Corporation's dynamic Sales team as an Account Executive. This full-time position based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila will see you take ownership of managing and growing key client accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and expanding business opportunities.
What you'll be doing- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through strategic account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and sales activities
- Proven track record of success in an account management or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
