Warehouse Team Leader

Job description

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations specifically inbound and outbound functions within the fulfillment department, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role involves coordinating with other departments, implementing processes to improve productivity and quality, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by maintaining product processing and shipping standards.

Experience:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience from the logistics, distribution, or fulfillment industry and knowledgeable in inbound & outbound operations and inventory control
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
