Retention / Milestone Bonus

Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to meet performance, quality, and attendance targets
- Drive execution of daily KPIs and improvement plans
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, huddles, and performance reviews
- Partner with Operations, QA, WFM, and Support teams to resolve gaps
- Ensure compliance with Comcast program standards, policies, and expectations
- 1–2+ years of Team Leader / Supervisor experience, preferably within Telco space
- Proven people‑management and performance‑coaching experience
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Experience working in a fast‑paced contact center environment
- Willingness to work onsite as required
