Responsible in ADP management, SIV & STT target achievement, People Development and implementation of marketing programs

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that assigned ADP is aligned with EFC’s business goal and objectives
Monitors daily STT target achievement
Reviews and Evaluates ADPs performance in terms of achievements
Support, monitors and ensures the implementation of marketing support programs

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Graduate of any course with good communication & analytical skills
Sales experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is preferred
