Job Description: (Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager)

Experienced in Feeds Sales
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and supervise Area Sales Managers and their teams
Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and farm clients
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies
Prepare and analyze regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Ensure alignment of sales activities with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Conduct field visits to support sales teams and maintain customer engagement
Drive collection efficiency and timely follow-up on receivables

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in achieving regional sales targets and managing teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
