The Process Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and consultation in production operations, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency. The position assists in monitoring production quality, coordinating technical activities, and improving operational workflow to support company objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Perform technical consultation related to production processes and operational improvement.
- Supervise pre-engineering grinding operations and technical preparation activities.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure efficient workflow and process compliance.
- Conduct and supervise small batch trials, testing activities, and production evaluations.
- Monitor operational efficiency, production quality, and process performance.
- Analyze production issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support management in process development, operational planning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare technical and operational reports as required by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production supervision.
- Strong knowledge in engineering operations, process improvement, and production workflow management.
- Experience in small batch trial management and technical process coordination.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to speak Chinese and communicate in basic English for coordination with Chinese management and local employees.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or industrial production environment is an advantage.
