Job Description

• Successful candidates for this position may be assigned in various key positions related to sustaining and development activities including process optimization, effective process development, Test and Failure Analysis, Data Trend Analysis, and new model start up as well as Quality Assurance.
• Ideal candidate must have technical background in process improvement, testing and analysis, product design and quality management gained from electronics manufacturing company.
• Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering are welcome to apply.
• This position is open for both Fresh Graduates and candidates with previous work experience.
• Schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm only with opportunity for Work From Home schedule depending on the job and department operational requirements.

METRO MANILA -Cubao via C-5,Pasay Rotonda-Magallanes, Sucat, Bicutan,Alabang, Southmall

LAGUNA - San Pedro, Binan, Balibago, Sta Rosa High Way,Sta Rosa Don Jose, Cabuyao, Calamba Check Point, Calamba Turbina, Bay,Pagsanjan,San Pablo

BATANGAS - Sto. Tomas, Tanauan, Malval, Lipa

CAVITE - Dasmarinas, GMA Cavite, Tagaytay

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or graduating students are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Willing to work in a manufacturing / production environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office or equivalent)
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to process improvement activities
