- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and assist recruiters with candidate endorsements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Support recruitment events and daily Talent Acquisition activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and perform administrative tasks.
- Currently enrolled in any bachelor's degree program.
- Must be enrolled for the current school year.
- Interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Willing to complete internship onsite at Concentrix Makati.
